Here I took a bracket from under the front passenger seat and added a mount for the DMP1 drive. This will keep the drive up and out of the way and off the dirty floor.

Here's the mess I made out of my wifes car while I was trying to locate a good spot to mount the drive. Cutting holes in the dash wasn't an option so that didn't leave too many places left.

Here is the drive mounted under the seat. It's just down and behind the seat adjustment bar.

Here's the new head unit and the DMP1 controll mounted. The installation kit came with a dual DIN trim plate but it seems head units are just over a DIN in size...after a bunch of filing I got the head unit to fit. The DMP controller fit in the DIN open

Because of how it's mounted the DMP1 controller sticks out a bit.

Ready to shove the mess into the dash.
